What would you do if you knew you couldn't fail?
I love this exercise because it makes you think about what is possible, and a little about what (inside your own head) is holding you back.
So if you're really honest with yourself– what would you try to do if you knew it would work? It could be as simple as learning to play the guitar, or as complex as starting a business, writing a book, or becoming the next famous culinary influencer.
Really sit down and think about this one. If something doesn't immediately pop into your head, congrats, you're perfectly happy! Or– maybe you've pushed your dreams DOWN DEEP into your subconscious after denying they were possible for too long.
Next, its time to vividly imagine your future self in a year or two, a future you who has already accomplished that goal. I want you to have a full conversation with that future you– ask her what she did to accomplish it. What habits she has. What mindsets she had to change. Did she change cities or jobs? What advice does she have for PAST-you (the you from today)?
The idea is to begin to make friends with this future you, and scientific research has PROVEN that this will change your current actions.

For example, upload your photo in an AI program and ask it to make you appear 5 years older to assist with your visualization. Science proves that the more detailed you imagine this person, the better the results will be
